A wine grower in Bergheim since 1737, the Halbeisen family perpetuates, from generation, their passion for wine growing and their knowledge of Alsatian wines. "La Cour du Bailli", an old and traditional Alsatian farm, has been restored and has become a "Three Star" Hotel-Residence. Its several amenities, such as the restaurant and wellness "VitisSpa^®" areas, are all at the guest's disposal, to add to and enhance all family activities.

The seven main Alsatian grape varieties (Sylvaner, Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Muscat, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Noir), a selection of wines among the best local vineyards, as well as a selection of Grands Crus, Vendanges Tardives, Grains Nobles and Cremant d'Alsace, are produced in the cellars of the Halbeisen winery estate, surroundedby its many acres of vineyards.

The Halbeisen family is honored to welcome you into its wine cellars. Here we shall share with you, as customary, with Alsatian people, an inviting and friendly moment around a glass of wine for our traditional wine tasting party.
